Refund Policy
We want every glow to feel just right. If something isn’t working out, here’s how we handle it:
- Unused, full-priced candles may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in original condition with packaging intact.
- We do not accept returns on used candles, wax melts, sale items, or gift cards.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at shop@anayaglowcandleco.com within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a refund or replacement.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was on our end. Refunds are processed to your original payment method after inspection. Please allow 5–7 business days.
