Processing Times

Every candle and wax melt is hand-poured with intention. Please allow 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) for your order to be processed. Once it ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow the glow

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination.
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $50—no code needed.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We partner with USPS and UPS, to find the best rate and timing for your package. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Shipping delays, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout are out of our hands—but we’re happy to help however we can.
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, start by contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim. You can also email us at shop@anayaglowcandleco.com for support.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, email us at shop@anayaglowcandleco.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll work with you to make things right.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
