Refund policy

We want every glow to feel right. Because our candles are hand-poured in small batches, we keep our return policy simple and intentional.

Unused, full-priced candles may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unburned, unused, and in their original packaging.

Due to the nature of our products, used candles, wax melts, sale items, and gift cards are final sale.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at shop@anayaglowcandleco.com within 5 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue and we’ll take care of it with a replacement or refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was due to an error on our end. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
