How do I prevent my candle from tunneling? Let your candle burn long enough to melt the wax to the edges—at least 3–4 hours on the first burn. This creates a “burn memory” for even melting and maximum glow.

Why does my candle look blotchy or uneven? Frosting or tiny air gaps are normal with 100% soy wax—even if you can’t see them through our vessels. These natural marks don’t affect the burn or scent and are part of working with real ingredients.

Candle Safety Tips

  • Trim your wick to ¼" before each burn to reduce smoke and ensure an even flame.
  • Burn within sight and never leave your candle unattended while lit.
  • Keep away from kids, pets, and anything flammable—safety first, always.

What kind of wax do you use? We use 100% natural soy wax made from U.S.-grown soybeans. It’s clean-burning, paraffin-free, and eco-friendly—crafted for a safer, more intentional glow.

How long will my candle burn?

  • 8oz candles: 40+ hours
  • 10oz candles: 45–50 hours
  • 12oz candles: 50–60 hours
  • Burn times may vary slightly based on wick care and how long you burn each time.

How should I care for my candle? Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use to prevent smoke and mushrooming. Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time, and always let it cool before relighting.

Are your candles safe for indoor use? Yes! Our soy wax and fragrance blends are clean-burning, low in soot, and free from harmful chemicals—safe for use in any room.

How strong is the scent throw? Our candles are designed to gently fill your space without overpowering. They perform best in small to medium rooms like bedrooms, bathrooms, or home offices.

When will my order ship? Orders ship within 1–3 business days, with a little extra time during peak seasons. You’ll get a tracking number once it’s on the way.

How much is shipping? U.S. shipping is $7.99 flat rate. Orders over $50 ship free with code SPRING25.

Can I return or exchange my candle? Unused, full-priced candles can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Sale items, used candles, and wax melts are final sale. If something arrives damaged or wrong, email us at shop@anayaglowcandleco.com within 5 days, and we’ll make it right.

Do you ship internationally? Not yet—but we’re working on it! Right now, we ship within the U.S. only.
